Only 12km outside of Melbourne’s CBD, Carnegie has grown in popularity for its location, convenience and vibrancy.

The average price for three bedroom units in Carnegie is $910,000, while a three-bedroom home is currently at about $1.3 million. This classic 1920s home recently sold for $1.67 million.
